Join Our Freelance Collective
Joining REIGN’s freelance collective gives you the opportunity to use your lived experience to help change how professionals understand and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
There are different ways to be involved, depending on what feels right for you. This could include helping to shape our programmes, training, and campaigns, contributing to workshop delivery as a facilitator, or sharing your experience through recorded content that forms part of our training.
Our approach is flexible, and your involvement is led by what feels safe, comfortable, and meaningful for you.

Join Our Youth Board
Our Youth Board is open to victims and survivors aged 16–22 who want to learn how to share their lived experience in a way that feels empowering, safe, and meaningful.
This programme supports young people to use their voices to shape REIGN as an organisation from how we talk about this crime, to designing resources for young people, improving how professionals offer support, and creating workshops designed by young people, for young people.
As part of the Youth Board, you will play an active role in shaping the direction of REIGN. This includes offering feedback, challenging our ideas, and holding us accountable to our mission and values.
At its core, this programme is about building an organisation that reflects what we need as young people and making sure more children and young people are supported.

Join Our Advisory Board
REIGN’s Advisory Board brings together individuals who want to support and strengthen our work at a strategic level.
As an advisory board member, you will offer insight, guidance, and constructive challenge — helping us reflect, grow, and stay aligned to our mission and values.
This is an opportunity to contribute your knowledge, experience, or perspective to support the development of REIGN, while ensuring we remain accountable and continue to evolve in the right way.
We welcome individuals from a range of backgrounds who are committed to creating change and improving responses to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
